We use your information to assess your project, provide a quote and contact you about your request. Your enquiry goes directly to the NextSite Demolition team carrying out your work, not to other demolition companies. We do not sell your information to third parties or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Storage and security
Your information is stored securely with access restricted to authorised staff. Uploaded photos are stored in private storage and are not publicly accessible.
Analytics, cookies and consent
We do not load analytics or advertising cookies, and we do not log visit data, until you accept them using the consent banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, you can still browse the site, request quotes and contact us. Where you consent, we record limited technical information about your visit — such as your IP address, browser type, referring page and the pages you view — to measure marketing performance and to detect fraudulent or automated quote submissions. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser and choosing "Decline" when the banner reappears.
Fraud prevention
To protect our business from fake or automated submissions, quote requests are checked against automated fraud signals, which may include the IP address and technical characteristics of the submission. Requests identified as fraudulent may be blocked.
Voice call recordings
Sam is our virtual assistant. Before a website voice call starts, we ask you to agree to recording and announce it at the beginning. Both sides of the call are recorded for enquiry accuracy, education and training. Recordings are stored privately with your enquiry and shared with authorised team members through private download links that expire after seven days. Text chat is available without voice recording. We do not request selfies or offer video calls. You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting us.
